Hello and welcome to Be;Kind Therapy, an Online Counselling service based in the UK.


If you have arrived at my page, perhaps you are seeking professional support for your emotional and mental well-being.

Whether you need support with a specific issue such as grief, relationships, workplace issues, or a mental health issue such as anxiety/depression, I provide you with the non-judgmental space to reflect on what is going on for you right now and explore new perspectives and ways of coping. To see more about how I work, click here.


I know how hard it is to find a therapist you feel will help you or that you will click with, so I offer a free 30-minute consultation prior to any commitment. This is a chance for us to meet and both get a feel for whether or not I can help you.

This is to explore what you would like from counselling and to see if we would like to work together.

This is always the first step before committing to weekly counselling sessions (if you choose to work with me).

Psychology Patient

Weekly Counselling Sessions (Online Only)

50-minutes per session (£45)


Short or Long term counselling over Zoom videocall (anything between 8 weeks to 12 months) provided weekly, working around your schedule.

Weekly counselling is highly recommended to obtain the benefits of this therapy, however, if you wanted fortnightly sessions we can explore this as an option for you too.
